I create a safe environment where change can be explored and pursued. I am compassionate and have a practical approach to therapy. I am a skillful listener, perceptive of barriers or issues holding you back. We are all human and will struggle at times.

I support youth and families with ADHD/ASD, anxiety and depression, LGBTQIA identity and gender issues. I work on communication with couples working together to reconnect or facilitate peaceful disconnection of partnerships. I work holistically looking at all areas of your life and how to face life’s challenges with courage and enthusiasm.

Coffee or calls to friends and family sometimes don’t give you enough perspective. Their role is to love and support you, mine is to challenge you to face your fears and explore what’s holding you back. Only then can you be free of past wounds and process trauma. My personal and professional experience has led me to be passionate about supporting people to heal complex trauma and increase capacity to live vibrant and fulfilling lives. This includes supporting parents to work through, process and resolve childhood attachment trauma that has led them to having difficulties in their own parenting. I have supported many clients on this healing journey which has resulted in them changing the trajectory of their lives, the lives of their children and potentially the lives of family members for generations to come. I welcome new clients and their vast potential for living life to the fullest.
